New York (N.Y.) - Regretting he will not be present at the opening of the Dunbar National Bank; rejoicing in its marking of "a new epoch in the progress and history of the Negro race"; and commending Rockefeller in his "giving the Negro a chance to work out his economic problem ... a lesson that millions of our people as well as others need to learn."
