Bedford Hills (N.Y.) - Addressed to Walter White; complaining that the cartoons he submitted to the "Crisis" some time ago have still not been returned and describing ongoing sagas trying to effect their return.
Unsigned and unaddressed but apparently a communication from Hikida to Du Bois, concerning Du Bois's plans to travel to Japan, Hikida's advice for establishing contacts there, and Hikida's interest in creating in Tokyo resources devoted to African American studies and information.
