Concerning a report by Sue Lackey on space in the file room. Lackey suggests buying laterals for about a year or more of file space. Chilcote then suggests cleaning out a storage room of "junk" and using the space for file storage. The storage room items could be moved to a storage space in the Lincoln Building and vertical shelves then installed in the former storage room.
