Qu?ng Ngãi (Vietnam) - David Entin examines prosthetic legs with Chris Chacos, physical therapist with the American Friends Service Committee. A note on the back on the photo explains the artificial limbs were "built by Vietnamese workers trained by the Friends at their prosthetic center in Quang Ngai city." Probably taken by a US government photographer.
