Brann, Clinton T., 1891-1961
Clint has reread Rhea's last two letters over and over, and he reassures her that he loves her and longs to see her again. He got a letter from Boyd saying that Joe and Betty had reconciled their engagement, but he hopes for Betty's sake they don't marry only for Joe to leave soon after. He also got a letter from Llyod, who he is hoping to see now that they're both in France. He writes about the countryside and destroyed villages he's seen, and the stories the people there have to tell. He's heard from home that his father is recovering after being ill all winter, and he writes about the good food in France that is causing him to gain weight.
