Brann, Clinton T., 1891-1961
Clint has returned to regimental headquarters and has a wonderful billet in a garden by a little castle, which he describes. He watched nearby villages being bombed last night, and he hopes to get leave soon to visit Paris. He asks her what she wants him to send her, and suggests he might send "some dainty lingerie." He asked Captain Stone if that would be proper and he seemed to think so, but he's married, so Clint is unsure.
