Brann, Clinton T., 1891-1961
It's a beautiful night and Clint has recovered his shoulder bag with Rhea's letters which he'd thought were lost. He assures her that he's not on the front or carrying a gun, since he's a doctor, and he wonders how he will adjust to life back home after the war is over. He asks her if she's saving his letters so that after the war they can better keep track of where he was. They all have fleas and lice from captured German trenches, but they're fighting hard regardless.
