McCormack, Mark H.
McCormack informs George Hammond confidentially that the John Players Tournament is happening and will be played in the autumn in Scotland. He suggests they sit down and discuss this and indicates the amounts he can pay Hammond and Lindsay per year to work in the area of running golf and other sporting events. He also briefly discusses the financing of necessary office space. McCormack notes that the Players thing complicates matters, as if they do not make an agreement with them, it could become difficult for them to do any work for other tobacco companies.
