McCormack, Mark H.
McCormack writes Ann Pack and John Simpson concerning a Segrams Japan Golf Tour to Great Britain. He informs them that he met Charlie Chism of Seagrams in Japan and explains that Chism wants to compete with Suntory by means of a specialized golf tour to Scotland. McCormack further explains that Chism has asked them to draw up a tour agenda and a budget for a provided number of participants. McCormack provides Pack and Simpson with his thoughts on this, which includes the potential use of the following players: Dave Marr, Bob Rosburg, Bob Toski, and Peter Alliss. He also notes that the courses that should be played are be Gleneagles, St. Andres and Carnoustie, Turnberry, Troon and Prestwick. He asks for everyone's input on this along with some hard budget costs by the time he gets to England. He also notes that they should arrange for films to be shown, good accomodations, and that this should be a first-class operation.
