McCormack, Mark H.
McCormack indicates to a list of staff that it became apparent at their Trans World International meetings that they have a great opportunity to become a major factor in the sport of volleyball throughout the world. He suggests they need a coordinated approach to this sport and that the approach should involve television and sponsorship and should be aimed multinationally as well as at the United States. He explains that they have decided to put together a working group to spend a full half day in New York sometime in the next month to discuss this sport. McCormack also thinks they should do a working group on watersports which also gives them a "great opportunity for world domination." He notes that he is referring to water-skiing, wind surfing, jet skiing, surfing, etc., and he thinks it might be well to put a watersport workshop together at the same time as they do the volleyball workshop.
