Basic need and objective

Massachusetts - Regarding the difficulty obtaining suitable housing for people with disabilities. The Congress of the United States included physically disabled people within programs of housing for the elderly because the same barrier free design is needed for both groups. People with physical disabilities are only eligible for low income housing if they are part of a family unit.
