Reprinting resolutions adopted at the Congresses convened in Warsaw (1950) and
Berlin (1951), as submitted to U.N. Security Council Chairman Jacob Malik; condemning the
use of force in Korea, the prolonged state of dependence and colonial subjection, and
various human-rights issues; formulating several demands made of the United Nations; and
submitting formal statements on the Korean conflict, "the Japanese Question," the struggle
for peace in the colonies, and "the German problem."
