ICD decides to switch from KPMG Peat Marwick from auditing services to Ernst & Young LLP. ICD has been operating below budget for 1996. Resolutions include approval of the personnel policies of ICD, review of credentials of all medical doctors regularly employed by the ICD, and approval of the Employee Benefits Committee Annual Report.
